What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Oversee a remote team navigating multiple technologies in a Call Center environment
• Lead and manage a metrics-driven team while promoting business results
• Coach team members on effective problem-solving and customer interactions
• Resolve customer escalations and document account activities thoroughly
• Empower teams to take ownership of customer interactions with respect and empathy

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Must reside within approximately 15 miles of the employer's specified community center
• Safe and noise-free work environment in your residence
• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of customer interaction or customer support experience
• 5 or more years of direct management experience with demonstrated ability to develop and motivate teams

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
