Senior Manager, Design Apparel Product

Create industry leading apparel collections for top global assets that appropriately reflect the companyÂs design ethos; Define company strategy and design process for GSA Collections; Create the platforms and teams that will bring strategies to life; Provide communication across multiple design teams within the company; Manage product design direct reports and graphic designer indirect reports; Manage multiple projects spanning various seasons while delivering products in a timely manner; Create design direction and season narratives; Mentor design teams and assist in the growth of the team and the business within overseen areas; and Introduce digital end-to-end production within the team; Create the processes to allow for the team to explore and grow digitally; Create and define short and long term vision strategies to reflect team goals; Develop a new design process designed to be tested by fellow teammates; Assist in the incorporation of AI into the design creation process; and Make internal and external presentations for senior leadership including executives and team presidents and owners. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from AK, AL, AR, DE, HI, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, MT, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, RI, SD, VT, WV, and WY.
Employer will accept a BachelorÂs degree in Fashion Design and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a fashion design-related occupation.
