Responsibilities

 Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.

Requirements
 High School Diploma or equivalent.

 Proven call center experience.

 Typing speed of 25 WPM.

 Proficient in PC operation and navigation.

 Entry-level network troubleshooting skills.

 Ability to set up home Wi-Fi network.

 Ability to set up and configure a router or switch.

 Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer.

 Excellent oral and written communication skills.

 Ability to work independently.

 Ability to stay composed and objective in a fast-paced environment.

 Strong listening skills.
