Administrative Assistant (Must be fluent in both Korean and English)

INC Corporate & Insurance Services is a business filing service provider and commercial insurance brokerage firm assisting accountants, attorneys, churches, and non-profit organizations as well as small business owners.

We are looking to hire a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented administrative assistant to provide secretarial and clerical support. This is an entry-level position with room for growth with flexible hours (full or part time)

Job Type:
• Full time (M-F, 9am-5pm, flexible)
• Paid personal/sick days, holidays
• Periodic raises
• Year-end bonus

Responsibilities: • Answer inbound telephone calls • Provide customer service over telephone and email • Corporate document drafting and filing • Document scanning and indexing • A/R billing and collections (QuickBooks proficiency a plus but not required - we will provide training)

Qualifications: • Positive mindset and willingness to learn • Good verbal communication skills (Korean fluency is a plus) • Excellent written communication skills (English) • Strong attention to detail • Strong organization and interpersonal skills • Solid computer skills (MS Office) • MUST be authorized to work in the U.S. • No experience necessary - students are welcome to apply
