Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our team with data collection, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data manipulation and analysis, with the ability to clean, organize, and make complex data more accessible. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining dashboards in PowerBI, supporting workstream planning, verifying data quality, and contributing to the design of data solutions. The role requires strong communication skills, a curiosity-driven approach to problem solving, and the ability to quickly learn new software tools. A bachelor's degree in a related field and familiarity with data structures and warehousing are preferred.
What You'll Do
 Perform basic data analysis
 Create and maintain dashboards/reports in PowerBI
 Support workstream planning processes
 Collect, document and validate requirements; provide input to business requirements for the design of solutions
 Verify collected data is within required quality standards
 Make large and/or complex data more accessible, understandable, and usable
 Become familiar with individual ecosystem(s)/business(es)
 Attend and participate in team and ecosystem meetings
 Adhere to current standards, policies, and procedures
What You'll Need to Succeed
 Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or related field
 Experience with data manipulation tools
 Inherent curiosity and enthusiasm
 Basic understanding of data structure, data warehousing, and database queries.
 Aptitude to learn and navigate new software quickly.
 Strong work ethic and self-motivation with a commitment to succeed both individually and as a team.
 Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
