Â Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring clear and accurate communication. Â Manage a high volume of chats, ensuring timely responses. Â Record and track customer interactions in CRM software. Â Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and KPIs.
Qualifications: Â High school diploma or equivalent required; BachelorÂs degree preferred. Â Previous customer service or live chat experience is a plus. Â Exceptional written communication skills. Â Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively. Â Self-motivated and able to work independently. Â Tech-savvy, comfortable navigating multiple systems and software.
