Power BI Developer

Role Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and optimizing Power BI reports and dashboards. The role requires a strong understanding of data visualization, performance optimization, and working with large datasets to provide actionable insights.

Required Experience – 6-8 Years 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Power BI Development: 

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations that align with business requirements. 
• Ensure scalability and reusability of reports across teams. 

1. Data Optimization: 

• Optimize Power BI performance for faster load times and efficient data refresh processes. 
• Implement DAX queries and calculations for improved performance and functionality. 

1. Data Modeling: 

• Develop and maintain data models within Power BI. 
• Ensure robust ETL processes for accurate data extraction and transformation from various sources. 

1. Collaboration: 

• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data-driven solutions. 
• Liaise with database developers and data engineers to optimize data sources. 

1. Troubleshooting and Support: 

• Diagnose and resolve issues with existing Power BI reports and dashboards. 
• Ensure adherence to best practices in report design and performance tuning. 

 

Educational Qualification: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• Certifications in Power BI or related technologies are preferred. 

Soft Skills: 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
