Weâre looking for sharp, ambitious Account Executives to join our team and own the sales process end-to-end. Youâll play a critical role in growing our business, working directly with potential customers, understanding their challenges, and showing them how Synthflow AI can transform their operations.
This isnât just about closing deals (though youâll do a lot of that). Itâs about building strong, long-term relationships with clients and helping define how Synthflow AI brings value to its customers.
Actively hunt, find, and connect with potential customers across the US.
Own the full sales cycleâfrom the first email to signing the deal.
Understand client challenges and create tailored solutions using our AI technology.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
Build and manage a strong pipeline, always staying a step ahead of targets.
Help refine and iterate on our sales strategy as we grow.
Experience: 1-2 years of SaaS sales experience, with a track record of exceeding targets.
Sales Skills: Youâre great at outbound prospecting and managing full sales cycles.
Communication: You excel at building rapport with clients at all levels, from frontline managers to senior executives.
Adaptability: You thrive in uncertainty, think fast, and love solving problems.
