Key Responsibilities
 Deliver individual therapy sessions to adults, teenagers, and/or couples.
 Complete electronic documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes.
 Utilize the DSM-5 for accurate diagnoses.
 Effectively manage your schedule, including client appointments and follow-ups.
 Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary to ensure comprehensive care.
 Maintain a clean and professional workspace.
Required Skills
 Current licensure as a therapist (LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in the State of Illinois.
 A minimum of one year of counseling experience, with previous private practice experience being advantageous but not mandatory.
 Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage your schedule and client communications.
 Familiarity with technology, including G Suite, Google Docs, TherapyNotes, and VOIP systems.
 A genuine passion for assisting others and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
 Licensed as an LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Illinois.
 At least one year of relevant counseling experience.
 Reliability and organization in handling scheduling and communication tasks.
 Strong interest in working in a private practice setting.
