Description:
• Provide outstanding customer support through various channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring accurate information is communicated.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner while maintaining professionalism.
• Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and track interactions in our database.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings to effectively assist customers.
• Demonstrate excellent etiquette while communicating with customers to create a positive experience.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements: • Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred. • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication. • Strong office skills including data entry and familiarity with computer systems. • Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with customers. • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
