Description:
 Provide outstanding customer support through various channels.
 Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring accurate information is communicated.
 Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner while maintaining professionalism.
 Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and track interactions in our database.
 Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings to effectively assist customers.
 Demonstrate excellent etiquette while communicating with customers to create a positive experience.
 Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Â Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred. Â Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication. Â Strong office skills including data entry and familiarity with computer systems. Â Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Â Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with customers. Â A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
