 Supporting executives and clients with various administrative tasks

 Coordinating travel logistics, including accommodations, transportation, and meals
 Upholding confidentiality while managing sensitive information
 Organizing and tracking client communications and records
 Responding to inquiries promptly, within a maximum of four business hours
 Planning and executing client events smoothly
 Providing general administrative assistance, including data entry and document management
Required Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
 A minimum of four years of experience in an administrative capacity supporting senior management
 Familiarity with real estate support and collaboration with brokers
 Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
 Excellent time management and organizational skills
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a capacity to learn new software swiftly
 A flexible, team-oriented approach combined with a proactive mindset
 The ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a rapidly changing environment

Qualifications
