Role Overview
As a Virtual Benefits Representative, you will drive revenue growth by connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to contribute to a team focused on success and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
 Client Engagement: Connect with warm leads to identify and assess client needs
 Product Presentation: Present products and services via phone, email, and virtual meetings
 Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships for ongoing business
 Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team success
 Collaboration: Work with the team and management to refine sales strategies
 Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on products, services, and industry trends
