WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:Â
Partner with some of the best and brightest consultants to drive lead generation on the East Coastâ¯Â
Expand our business in the Healthcare Payer industryÂ
Establish and deepen executive relationships with prospective and current customersâ¯Â
Lead the sales process to help targeted customers achieve strategic outcomes in collaboration with industry specialists, solution teams, and account teamsâ¯Â
Grow the business in terms of revenue, the value we bring to customers, our number of clients and profitabilityâ¯â¯Â

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU'VE ALREADY DONE:Â
Have 5-8 years of corporate/business sales experience or consulting delivery experienceâ¯Â
Successful track record of pursuing and landing sales at a pace of $3M to $6M per year or greaterâ¯Â
Experience in networking and calling on multiple levels of decision makers (including C-suite) â¯â¯Â
Trained and or experienced in consultative sellingâ¯â¯Â
Experience in driving Customer Growth and Account Planning strategiesâ¯Â
Experienced with team selling strategiesâ¯â¯Â
Built a network of professionals to help you leverage your expertiseâ¯Â
Successfully âhuntedâ to acquire new clients, preferably in management consulting or delivery of servicesâ¯Â
Built a deep and broad professional network that aligns to our target customers in the life sciences industryâ¯Â
Negotiated new or existing contracts to best position the customer and consulting firm for successful outcomesâ¯Â
Developed successful proposals and shown exceptionalâ¯negotiation and customer management skillsâ¯Â
Effectively managed and accurately forecasted sales cycles ranging from one to twelve monthsâ¯Â
Earned a B.A. or B.S. Degree, MBA preferredâ¯Â

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:Â
The estimated salary range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000 USD per year.â¯This salary range is provided as required by local and state law as applicable.â¯Individual salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography, skills, education, experience and unique qualifications where applicable. Â

Bonuses are awarded at Point Bâs discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.
