We are seeking a Customer Service/Data Entry candidate from overseas to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by coordinating logistics and administration of shipments.

Responsibilities: • Handle requests to plan shipments as well as associated documentation • Work with carriers, airlines, and other transportation providers • They may also consolidate and break-bulk shipment • Document and update customer records based on interactions • Provide customer service to clients for active shipments

Qualifications: • Must speak English • Must have a reliable internet connection and an alternate back up in the event of inclement weather or a natural disaster • Dual monitors preferred • Must be available to work 6a-3p PST Monday - Friday • Previous experience in customer service, call center environment or other related fields. • Ability to build rapport with clients • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Possess a positive and professional demeanor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Typing test will be required

Pay Information:
$450-$1,000 Monthly
