Responsibilities & Essential Duties
• Conduct in-depth analysis across HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, Performance, and Succession.
• Utilize Workday to build, extract, manipulate, and analyze HR data, uncovering trends and insights that drive business impact.
• Develop and deliver compelling data storytelling presentations, effectively communicating findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Partner with HR leaders and business units to understand their needs and provide data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making.
• Design and implement analytical approaches to solve complex business problems, improving HR processes and strategies.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics, ensuring data accuracy and visibility.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in people analytics and HR technology to continuously enhance our analytical capabilities.

Must-Have Experience
• Workday Reporting – Expertise in extracting and analyzing HR data within Workday.
• HR Analytics – Strong understanding of HR functions and metrics, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• Excel Analytics – Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization.
• Data Analysis – Proven ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and generate meaningful conclusions.
• Dashboard Creation – Experience designing and managing HR dashboards to monitor and report key performance indicators.
• Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) – Ability to generate reports and analyze HR data using SQL-based reporting tools.
• Qlik Sense – Hands-on experience with Qlik Sense or similar BI tools to create interactive visualizations and reports.

Pay: $21.74 - $65.00 per hour
