You will help customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure they have a positive experience with our products or services. The ideal candidate is proactive, empathetic, and able to handle multiple chats at once in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide real-time assistance, including product details, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Understand customer needs and guide them toward the best solutions.
Problem-Solving:
Identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Escalate more complex issues to higher-level support or appropriate departments when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and their needs have been met.
Order Assistance:
Assist customers with orders, including tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Help customers navigate the website, complete purchases, and provide product recommendations when appropriate.
