Remote, USA Full-time Immediate Start

Objective: We’re looking for an ambitious Booking Manager to drive more bookings and respond to guest issues on weekends. It’s a great opportunity for someone looking to build upon their sales skills, make money through an hourly rate plus commissions, and be part of a fast growing and fun startup.

If you have experience in sales, real estate, and/or hospitality and love finding the best solutions for your customers, please apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Bookings
  • Drive bookings on the weekends by responding quickly and effectively to leads that come in through various channels. These responses are in the form of text or email messages sent through our Property Management System, Guesty
  • Optimize for profitable bookings by prioritizing longer stays and lower vacancies
  • Problem solve to find the best units based on guest preferences and our availability
  • “Work the pipeline” and keep our CRM up to date with relevant information
  • Guest Support
  • Respond to guest issues, log in task management system, and escalate as needed
  • Resolve guest issues when you can provide helpful information or help troubleshoot
  • Team Coordination
  • Coordinate handoff of in-progress booking opportunities and guest issues with the team before and after the weekend
  • Collaborate with the team when you need input or escalate more complex issues

Pay: $30/hour plus 1% booking commission. You will track hours based on when you’re working (not for the full on-call shift). Commissions will range from $20 to $120 per booking.

Hours: This is a flexible, weekend “on call” role, but a quick response time is key. The workload will vary, but we expect ~3-6 hours per weekend on average with potential to add weeknight shifts.

Location: Denver preferred, but open to remote for the best candidate

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated and competitive with a passion for and experience in sales
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with guests and teammates
  • Curious problem solver who will enjoy finding the best options for potential guests
  • Analytical with the ability to evaluate options and, in some cases, negotiate the best outcomes
  • Experience/interest in hospitality and/or real estate is a plus
  • Experience using Slack, CRMs (Guesty), task management (Breezeway), and GSuite tools
