Program Manager, Digital Audience Data

Day-to-day management and ownership of Delta’s Data Management Platform (through Adobe Audience Manager). Define and implement a roadmap for how Delta Digital should evolve our data management practices from audience-level segmentation to deliver user-level personalization. Work with internal Digital Tools team to align on tech/IT needs and implementation in coordination with Adobe and other vendors. Partner with Marketing to align on our customer journey roadmap and connect users’ offsite (via owned and paid media) experiences to an onsite experience. Collaborate with Loyalty and our business partners to foster and grow our data share opportunities. Consult internal stakeholders on their business objectives and which relevant audiences could be built and targeted to meet those objectives. Partner with the rest of the Audience Strategy team to define the highest growth opportunities for personalization within Delta.com and the FlyDelta app.
