Job Overview
We are in search of a dynamic Educator specializing in On-Premise Hospitality to join our esteemed team. This pivotal role is integral to imparting education on brand, cocktail, and bar operations, thereby supporting a diverse portfolio of spirit brands within a specific market or state territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for forging trade relationships and generating brand opportunities with customers, particularly focusing on on-premise account decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
 Ensure compliance with all legal and marketing code guidelines.
 Disseminate knowledge regarding brand history, production processes, taste profiles, cocktail crafting, and bar operations to clients, distributors, and consumers.
 Serve as a brand ambassador at local trade events, facilitating education, mentorship, networking, and tastings.
 Collaborate with the Master Educator to design and produce groundbreaking educational content tailored to the on-premise audience.
 Strategically enhance brand visibility and performance in selected on-premise accounts through effective engagement.
 Mentor local agency Advisors, instilling a passion for the spirits industry.
 Utilize social media platforms to bolster brand initiatives and demonstrate expertise.
 Oversee agency initiatives, including budget management, reporting, and performance tracking.
 Identify and capitalize on brand engagement opportunities within the local market as a recognized industry influencer.
 Provide supportive backup for the Master Educator during significant events and media inquiries.
Required Skills
 Extensive knowledge of spirits production across various categories.
 Exceptional communication and personal presentation skills.
 Ability to customize communications for diverse on-premise environments.
 Profound understanding of market and industry trends.
 Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
 Proficiency in utilizing social media effectively.
 Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
Qualifications
 5-7 years of experience in the spirits or hospitality sectors.
 Proven track record in representing spirit brands in a field-based or ambassadorial capacity.
 Familiarity with liquor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
 Comprehensive understanding of cocktail culture and hospitality operations.
 Reliable transportation for travel to various accounts.
