Description:
 Process incoming Return Material Authorization (RMA) orders from Calix Customers
 Order entry for RMA orders, including order validation for order accuracy
 Respond to product delivery concerns and work with internal teams for resolution
 Answer delivery inquiries from customers and sales teams
 Inform customer about the ordering process
 Control and monitor inventory levels, including making system adjustments based on physical information
 Interface with third-party logistics vendors to ensure materials are moving through the supply chain.
Requirements:  Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle  Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com  Transactional knowledge of order creation and RMA processing  Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills  Highly organized and motivated with the ability to work on multiple projects  Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment  Proven ability to meet deadlines, follow through on details, and provide input and feedback to the team  Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Strong computer knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office and Excel  Possess a professional and cooperative attitude
