RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
 Work with management, inventory, supply chain, and sales team in demand planning operations
 Build technical models to forecast demands for new products, seasonality, and promotional activities
 Analyze inventory metrics to ensure turnover ratios, lost product/shrinkage and backorder dollars stay within approved margins
 Monthly reconciliation of inventory including cycle counts, identifying and fixing discrepancies, and improving systems
 Factory order communication and management
PAY CLASS & BENEFITS
 Full-time; Salaried; Exempt

 $55-$65K annual equivalent
Requirements TO PERFORM FUNCTIONS EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY:
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Extremely organized and detail oriented
 Able to rely heavily on critical thinking skills
 Thrives in a team environment
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
 Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience
 4-years Inventory experience minimum
 Proficient computer skills; Mac preferred, but PC okay
 Advanced skills in the full MS Office Suite
 Salesforce experience a plus
WORKING CONDITIONS/SAFETY HAZARDS:
 Warehouse/Office setting
 Long periods of sitting
 Lift 50lbs + occasionally
