RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
• Work with management, inventory, supply chain, and sales team in demand planning operations
• Build technical models to forecast demands for new products, seasonality, and promotional activities
• Analyze inventory metrics to ensure turnover ratios, lost product/shrinkage and backorder dollars stay within approved margins
• Monthly reconciliation of inventory including cycle counts, identifying and fixing discrepancies, and improving systems
• Factory order communication and management

PAY CLASS & BENEFITS
• Full-time; Salaried; Exempt
• Standard FFL Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, Life, LTD, STD, 401(k) Match; Employee Purchase Program
• $55-$65K annual equivalent

Requirements TO PERFORM FUNCTIONS EFFECTIVELY AND EFFICIENTLY:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Able to rely heavily on critical thinking skills
• Thrives in a team environment

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 4-years Inventory experience minimum
• Proficient computer skills; Mac preferred, but PC okay
• Advanced skills in the full MS Office Suite
• Salesforce experience a plus

WORKING CONDITIONS/SAFETY HAZARDS:
• Warehouse/Office setting
• Long periods of sitting
