Job Overview:
• Position: Full-Time, 1099 Contract
• Hours: 37.5 per week
• Caseload: K-12th grade, details shared during the interview
• Compensation: $32-$37/hour
• Start Date: Immediate openings available

Duties and Responsibilities: • Develop and manage individualized learning plans tailored to each student’s unique needs. • Administer virtual assessments and provide recommendations for educational strategies. • Facilitate online IEP meetings and collaborate with team members on student goals. • Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.

Required Qualifications: • Washington State Special Education Teaching License • Minimum of two years of school-based experience • Familiarity with virtual teaching platforms and tools
