Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage comprehensive medical care for injured employees.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure exceptional patient recovery.
• Attend medical appointments and hospital visits to advocate for patients' needs.
• Work in partnership with insurance adjusters, attorneys, and healthcare providers.
• Arrange necessary medical equipment, home adaptations, and vital services.
• Maintain meticulous documentation utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel.

Required Skills
• Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bilingual in Spanish (required).
• Valid Colorado driver's license and auto insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (preferred).
• A minimum of 1 year of case management experience (preferred).
• Willingness to travel locally, approximately 50% of the time.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred.
