As an Adjunct Faculty member in Health Information Management (HIM), you will contribute significantly to our mission of empowering students to realize their full potential. Key Responsibilities
 Instruct designated courses, ensuring students acquire both practical and theoretical knowledge in the field of HIM.
 Facilitate bi-weekly live sessions through Zoom to promote engaging discussions and interactive learning.
 Maintain flexible office hours for one-on-one student consultations, providing exceptional support and guidance.
 Deliver timely feedback on student performance across various assessments, including quizzes, tests, and assignments.
 Proactively engage with at-risk students to enhance their academic engagement and success.
 Accurately track and document student performance and attendance, adhering to university grading policies.
 Collaborate within faculty teams through active participation in meetings and professional development initiatives.
 Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in HIM to deliver the most relevant educational experience.
 Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by faculty guidelines and university protocols.
Required Skills
 Profound and recent experience in Health Information Management (HIM).
 Proficiency in navigating virtual environments and managing various software platforms (e.g., MS Office, Canvas, Cvue, Gmail, Zoom).
Qualifications
 Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Medical Science, or a closely related discipline.
 Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Health Information Management (HIM).
