What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Visit patients and caregivers in their homes to facilitate onboarding
• Acquire necessary signatures for documents using a Surface Pro and iPhone
• Provide brief orientations to ensure caregivers and patients are set up for their care plans
• Participate in semi-weekly meetings with colleagues in Las Vegas, NV
• Input and update case files and account data within the Salesforce CRM tool

What is Required (Qualifications):
• At least 1 year of previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role
• Proven exceptional customer service experience
• Experience in a high-volume inbound and outbound call environment
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills
• Attention to detail and data accuracy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Bilingual in Spanish or other languages
• 2 years of experience with Salesforce
• 2 years of Medicaid experience in a homecare agency environment
