We are seeking customer support clerks, someone who enjoys interacting with customers, hard working, reliable, team player and someone who is willing to learn, you will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our services.

Responsibilities
• Act as the main point of contact for our customers through phone, chat and email.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Answer Incoming calls and direct them to appropriate department.
• Provide excellent customer service to existing customers and new prospects.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our computerized system.
• Address and resolve customer complaints empathetically and professionally.
• Service of Existing customer policies and quoting of new policies.
• Be able to effectively communicate with our customers and relay information as needed.
• Customer retention.
• Accurately document and resolve customer service issues.

Skills
• Be able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Be able to handle large interaction volumes.
• Be punctual.

Pay: $23.82 - $30.91 per hour
