Immediate Customer Service Representative Needed
Exciting Job Opportunity with Room for Advancement - Full Training Provided
Shift: Monday - Friday, flexible between 8 AM - 6 PM (8-hour shift) + must be able to work every other Saturday.
Overtime is available and will be paid at time and a half!
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Overtime Rate: $27/hr
Location: On-site in Norwalk, CT or Milford, CT
Qualifications:  Minimum of 2 years of office or customer service experience  Proficiency in managing inbound phone calls  Microsoft Office proficiency  Self-starter with excellent communication skills
Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of both inbound and outbound calls from potential customers. Your primary duties will include:  Handling inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential customers  Promoting and upselling services and products to drive business growth  Providing detailed information about our services and educating customers on how our offerings stand out from competitors  Closing sales by processing credit card payments over the phone  Accurately entering customer information into our database Â
