Responsibilities: • Respond to inquiries from prospective students and guide them through the admissions process • Conduct virtual consultations to assess student eligibility and program fit • Assist applicants with enrollment forms and documentation • Follow up with potential students to encourage enrollment decisions • Maintain accurate records and track student progress in the admissions pipeline • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the admissions journey

Requirements: • Proven experience in career college admissions, enrollment advising, or a related field • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently in a remote setting • Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy • Passion for education and student success
