Join a team that values fun and hitting their goals! We are seeking a Senior National Accounts Manager, eCommerce - Amazon who will develop and manage our large eCommerce marketplaces including Amazon and other direct relationships with marketplaces as added.
Candidate Location: Can work remotely from your home office with periodic visits to Madison, WI and Amazon headquarters. Must live within 150 mile radius from Madison, WI.
Responsibilities
 Own and manage the relationship with AmazonÂs retail and vendor teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Act as the primary point of contact for all Amazon-related business matters.
 Drive sales, profitability, and market share growth on Amazon through effective pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and continuous optimization of product listings.
 Work cross-functionally with Channel team to develop annual marketing, promotional and new product launch calendar. Manage spend to budget.
 Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), sales data, and competitor activities. Use insights to create actionable plans to optimize product performance and revenue.
 Oversee inventory management, forecasting, and demand planning to ensure products are consistently in stock and deliver on time. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to address any operational challenges.
 Manage contract renewals and negotiations with Amazon, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both short- and long-term success.
 Identify new product concepts with rationale for market size, selling price, and competitive product matrix including pricing, as well analysis of who buys and how the new product will fit with our eCommerce marketplace partners and their customers.
 Proactively monitor and identify patent-infringing knock-off products or unauthorized sellers on Amazon, working with AmazonÂs Legal and Brand Protection teams to enforce IP rights, remove counterfeit listings, and protect brand integrity.
Qualifications
 Deep understanding of national eCommerce accounts (specifically Amazon) to achieve ambitious sales goals.
 Experience with Amazon Vendor Negotiation process
 Ability to develop and manage a strategic sales and marketing plan with activities designed for mutual growth.
 Exceptional planning, execution, and communication skills.
 Self-motivated, takes initiative, and is capable of working autonomously.
 Effective at presenting to large or small groups. Participates in meetings.
 Analytical and skilled at evaluating sales performance, analyzing market and competition, identifying trends, and driving change when needed.
 Ability to travel overnight 30% of time.
