Position: Virtual Special Education Case Manager

Location: Remote (Must be licensed in California)

Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Grade Levels: K-12

Start Date: Immediate Opening

Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage special education services for K-12 students in a virtual school setting • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to ensure student success • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district special education regulations • Conduct virtual IEP meetings and facilitate communication between all stakeholders • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of services and reports

Requirements: • Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field • California special education certification or ability to obtain one • Experience working with IEPs and special education compliance • Strong knowledge of IDEA, state regulations, and virtual education best practices • Proficiency with online learning platforms and virtual case management tools • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Prior experience as a case manager in a school setting is preferred
