Job Overview:
• Provide virtual special education services to K-12 students with diverse learning needs.
• Deliver one-on-one or small group instruction in an online environment.
• Create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Develop engaging, tailored lesson plans for students with various disabilities (e.g., autism, learning disabilities).
• Use virtual platforms and digital tools to enhance learning and engagement.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure student success.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, goals, and communications.
• Attend virtual IEP meetings and provide updates on student progress.

Qualifications: • Valid Special Education certification in the state of residence. • 2+ years of experience working with students with disabilities. • Experience in virtual learning environments preferred. • Proficient in using online learning tools and technology. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote setting. • Knowledgeable in IEP development and implementation.
