Job Description:
 The Remote Customer Care Agents will support the client.
 They will specifically support the users who utilize the Financial Banking Cards.
 In slower times, they will be able to support other areas of the business.
 This will only be handling inbound calls.
Responsibilities: Â Defines or resolves inquiries received either through written or telephone correspondence. Â Answers questions regarding payment posting, payment disbursement, account histories, and card inquiries. Â Provides requested information. Â Maintain updated records and logs. Â Perform all other duties as assigned.
Education/Skills/Experience Requirements
 High School diploma or GED.
 A minimum of 1 year of experience in telephone customer service.
 Knowledge of the use of PCs and related software.
 Must pass PC Knowledge Test.
 Ability to navigate Internet Explorer and other Customer service applications and tools using multiple sessions.
 Experience in data entry (alpha and numeric) or with a 10-key calculator with minimal error ratio.
 Excellent communication skills
 Ability to handle highly stressful situations with professionalism and excellent quality
Training:
1 week of Microsoft Teams meetings, followed by a couple weeks of being on the phone, then another week of follow-up Microsoft Teams training.
