    We’re searching for a passionate and resourceful Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll be the friendly face (or voice!) for our clients, tackling their questions and managing level 1 issues while championing our values and mission

    This role will be working from home permanently and during U.S. business hours specifically 9am-6pm CT.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Connect with clients via email, phone, or our support platform to provide clear and helpful solutions.
    • Take charge of level 1 queries and smoothly hand off more complex cases to our level 2 and 3 teams.
    • Collaborate closely with our product teams to ensure accurate and efficient responses.
    • Clearly communicate our benefits and vision to help clients unlock the full potential of our tools.
    • Work fluently in English and French to assist our diverse clients across North America and Europe (bonus if you speak Spanish too!).

    Requirements

    Requirements

    • Fluent in English and French (written and spoken). Spanish is a big plus!
    • Previous experience in customer support or a related role.
    • A natural problem-solver who listens to clients’ needs and delivers creative solutions.
    • Tech-savvy, with experience using tools like CRMs. Bonus points if you know HubSpot!
    • A positive attitude, a sense of humor, and a passion for helping people.
