    Our client is seeking a highly energetic, and resourceful Sales Support Specialist to assist Account Managers. This role will help drive the expansion of existing client accounts, while interfacing with staff at all levels. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with the growth of client relationships across multiple verticals.Â


    Key Responsibilities


    • Assist Account Managers with daily responsibilitiesÂ
    • Manage communication with all partners, ensuring compliance and performance standards are being met
    • Work with the business development team to support additional client growth initiatives
    • Collaborate with internal publisher development team to client marketing initiatives and reporting
    • Assist in creating and sharing relevant team reports
    • Assist with the closing and reporting of month-end numbers

    Key Traits + Characteristics


    • 1+ years experience in digital or performance marketing space
    • Organization and time-management skills; ability to balance multiple priorities at once and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Able to proactively understand the needs of individuals on the team and assist Account Managers with daily tasksÂ
    • Responsiveness and strong communication skills; accessibility to team and clients.
    • A keen eye for detail; collecting the context for tasks with minimal direction.
    • Strong interpersonal skills which help in interacting with different personalities.
    • Possess an ownership mentality; treat company resources and team members with care.
    • Ambition to be the best version of his or herself in their job roleÂ
    • Solution-oriented; driven in addressing and resolving issues or roadblocks that arise.
