Giver Specialist
Posted 2025-04-06The Giver Specialist is primarily responsible for providing excellent customer service to our givers. The role will graciously and joyfully assist givers in their giving journey, champion giver needs, help identify technical issues impacting givers, and collaborate with our partners for resolution. The role will also collaborate with other teams within the Church to ideate and execute advancements for giving and manage the progress of bug fixes. Additionally, the role is responsible for collaborating with and supporting the YouVersion Donor Development team.The Giver Specialist utilizes their skillset to deliver outcomes that align with the direction of their team to further
