Position Overview

The Senior Manager of Analyst Relations & Competitive Intelligence (ACI) will be responsible for ensuring Agiloft is fully aware of the state of the marketplace and is clearly staking out our position within it to key analysts. They will also help to develop the overall content marketing strategy, taking a key role as the expert in market dynamics and competitive pressures in the creation of all messaging and materials for the organization’s stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with leadership, product marketing, and creative services to develop and execute a world-class AR strategy, including a global analyst calendar(both of analysts with whom we currently are engaged, as well as those with whom you may recommend we engage going forward)
  • Maintain a current and accurate database of details on close competitors, and deliver Sales-friendly assets that help customer-facing team members to execute sound strategies in competitive sales cycles
  • Oversee and participate in the creation of written content to support the team’s marketing goals.
  • Work closely with demand generation team to ensure visibility for relevant analyst releases (e.g. Gartner Wave, etc.) to support driving quality leads into the sales funnel.
  • Write and edit content targeting specific buyer personas, buying stages, industries, and other audience segments.
  • Help support the social media and blog content team with relevant content focused on the CLM market segment, the competitive environment, and the future of contracting automation.
  • Create visibility, awareness, and a strong market presence for Agiloft with savvy analyst relations, programs and agency management.This should include regular inquiries with relevant analyst firms to build strong and persistent relationships with key individuals.
  • Build a strategic plan with, and manage, outside agency resources to ensure consistently valid and valuable analyst sentiment.
  • Contribute to building a high-performing marketing team and processes while implementing brand strategy to boost overall company image.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Required Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of five years involved in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and/or CLM.
  • Exhibit strong writing and editing skills with experience (5+ years) writing in the technology space.
  • Proven experience (5 years) creating content, such as blog posts, white papers, social posts, analyses, and reports.
  • Ability to collaborate across the business with strong project management skills
  • Ability to create overall analyst strategy and can carefully plan, produce, and generate incredible work on time.
  • Ability to translate competitive knowledge into actionable strategies and tools that help customer-facing teams to sell more effectively and consistently.
  • Understanding of metrics, measurement, and reporting
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the CLM marketplace.
  • Experience working with, or as an analyst.
  • Experience using HubSpot or other CRM/marketing platforms
  • Experience in HTML, CSS; JavaScript
