About the role


We are now looking for a CRM Analyst who will be responsible for providing CRM (Salesforce) support to the organization.This role will work closely with sales and operations, responding the queries and finding solutions for any issues. The post holder will continuously work on improving ways of working and supporting our CRM users.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Day-to-day user support and maintenance of CRM to include managing user queries, user administration and user training

  • Ensuring that the data held in the CRM platform is accurate and well maintained through procedural/bulk updates.

  • Configuration of the Salesforce system; creating reports, dashboards and workflows

  • Gathering business requirements and documenting the proposals for system improvements

  • Identifying ways to streamline and improve current processes
  • Skills and experience required


  • Proven experience providing technical administration with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce

  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong problem solving skills and desire to find solutions

  • Excellent attention to detail, good presentation, written and oral communication skills

  • Understanding of relational databases and database integrity tools is desirable

  • Experience of handling and investigating user queries is desirable

  • Professional fluency in English is essential for this role, Swedish is helpful but not a must!

    New Office Location


    Our office is currently located in Solna, however we are very excited to be moving to a beautiful new location in central Stockholm at the end of 2025. Our future address will be Fleminggatan 14 in Kungsholmen, just a short walk from Stockholm Central Station.
