Define and Drive the Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop a forward-looking hiring strategy that supports Attentiveâs growth while ensuring we remain competitive in the market. Balance speed, quality, and efficiency in our hiring approach.
Lead and Develop a High-Performing Recruiting Team: Mentor and scale a team of recruiters and sourcers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability. Ensure the team is equipped to support hiring across all levels, including executive recruitment
Partner with Business Leaders on Workforce Planning: Collaborate closely with executives and hiring managers to align hiring plans with business objectives, ensuring we are proactively identifying and addressing talent needs
Scale and Optimize Recruiting Operations: Implement data-driven processes, tools, and metrics to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure that our approach to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring is structured, repeatable, and continuously improving
Leverage Data to Drive Decisions: Use data and insights to influence hiring strategies, track performance, and refine talent acquisition practices. Develop dashboards and reporting structures that help measure recruiting impact
Enhance Employer Brand and Candidate Experience: Work with partners across Marketing and the People Team to position Attentive as an employer of choice. Develop strategies that elevate our brand in the talent market and create a seamless, engaging candidate experience
Ensure Cross-Functional Alignment Across the People Team: Build strong partnerships with People Business Partners, Talent Management, Compensation, and Employee Experience to ensure a seamless and consistent experience across the entire employee lifecycle. This includes aligning processes, sharing insights, and driving a cohesive strategy that supports both hiring and long-term talent development
About you
10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 7 years of people leadership experience, bringing a proven track record of building and leading high-performing recruiting teams
Expertise in scaling recruiting functions, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
Strong business acumen, with the ability to align talent acquisition strategies to broader business goals
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop recruiters at all levels
A data-driven mindset, using analytics to measure recruiting success and refine strategies
Deep knowledge of hiring best practices, including sourcing strategies, employer branding, interview design, and candidate experience
Executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and hiring managers
