We are looking for a highly organized and proactive

Administrative Assistantto support our company’sco-founders and C-level executives. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO and leadership team, ensuring smooth daily operations while handling a wide range of administrative tasks. As thesole administrative supportin the department, you will play a key role in maintaining efficiency, organization, and a welcoming office environment.

Main Responsibilities


  • Maintain office organization, ensuring cleanliness and order at all times.

  • Manage company calendars, schedule meetings, and handle personnel requests.

  • Assist with daily office needs, including coffee runs and general team support.

  • Track birthdays and arrange gifts or celebrations.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters.

  • Process and upload invoices as requested by management.

  • Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.

  • Support other administrative and ad-hoc tasks as needed.

  • Run various personal errands.

  • Organize leadership team and personal events.

  • Find and book hotels, restaurants, and activities for executives.
  • Core Requirements


  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A positive, proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.

  • A keen eye for cleanliness and order, ensuring the office is always well-maintained.

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

  • A valid Category B driver’s license.
  • Salary Ranges


  • Gross Salary 1600- 2050 EUR/Month.
