Job Scope:

Join 500 Global’s Southeast Asia team as an Investment Operations Analyst. In this role, you will lead and manage critical operational projects, coordinating processes among diverse internal teams and external partners. As a detail-oriented, self-directed professional, you will be responsible for streamlining operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, and maintaining high standards under pressure. This position demands exceptional time management skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Essential Functions

  • Manage and oversee requests from portfolio companies, including financing rounds, transactions, and material changes.
  • Coordinate end-to-end processes, from document review to legal coordination and fund disbursement.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all incoming communications and documentation.
  • Facilitate deal execution by managing internal and external stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Maintain and organize investment and portfolio documentation in a centralized shared drive.
  • Extract, reconcile, and update critical investment data in internal tracking systems.
  • Provide regular and ad hoc portfolio reporting and analysis to the investment team.
  • Support finance and investment teams in quarterly fund accounting and audit processes.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce manual workload.
  • Develop AI-based analyses to improve decision-making and generate strategic insights.
  • Conduct market research and financial analysis to support investment decisions.
  • Perform due diligence and maintain detailed records to inform investment memorandums.
  • Assist in preparing investment memorandums and presentations for internal discussions.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a professional corporate environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to achieve ambitious goals.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of venture capital or private equity
