About the role:
Kong EMEA is looking for a talented Regional Marketing Manager, to manage integrated campaigns across events, content marketing, social media, and paid digital campaigns within the UKI Nordics Benelux EMEA region. The successful candidate will report to the Sr. Director Marketing EMEA, and work closely with the regional sales teams to understand market priorities and deliver impactful campaigns generating new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Establish yourself as a trusted and respected partner with Sales stakeholders, translating sales goals into marketing tactics and programsWork in partnership with the global demand generation teams to build and drive integrated marketing campaignsOwn, define & drive the regional marketing planManage regional budget and reportingCoordinate regional planning and execution with sales & marketing stakeholders to build campaigns to drive engagement, generate leads, and deliver pipelineMaintain ownership of the regionâs performance, through consistent reporting, analysis, and optimisation efforts.Owning the leads process through the funnel and devising programs and activities to Accelerate lead time-to-valueIdentify focus areas and build plans to drive expansionThink creatively about customer journeys to drive engagement all the way through the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion.Implementing regional ABM and executive programsPartner with the sales development team to develop and execute effective inbound/outbound campaignsWork with the Partner team to harness the Partner ecosystem, build and drive integrated marketing campaigns with key partners What you'll bring
10+ years of marketing experience working in a hyper-growth, fast-paced environment; specific expertise in software and SaaS/subscription models is strongly preferredExcellent collaboration skills with the ability to work remotely and effectively across cross-functional teams.Familiarity with marketing platforms including Salesforce, Tableau, Marketo, event platforms, 6sense, CMS, PathfactoryProven track record of delivering measurable resultsExceptionally strong writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and simply articulate concepts, messages, and plans.Additional Languages a plus, English is requiredFamiliar with SiriusDecisions best practices, and lead management.Enterprise segment experience; Experience with running ABM and executive programs.Ability to engage enable and deliver Channel programs and eventsProfile
