Duties
 Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
 Assist with order processing, data entry, and maintaining customer records
 Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes, proposals, and sales contracts
 Handle inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
 Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities
 Support the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales targets
Skills
 Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
 Experience in client services, customer support, or sales-related roles
 Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
 Knowledge of office software applications for data entry and documentation
