About You:
• You are enrolled as a student at a U.S.-based university, pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher.
• You have a quiet home workspace, ergonomic chair, and desk.
• You have a hard-wired internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps.
• You are available to work five weeks of full-time paid training on a set schedule totaling 40 hours per week.
• You can flex up or down in weekly hours when school is not in session based on business needs.
• You can meet the minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while talking with customers.
• You have successfully completed a pre-employment assessment, background check, and initial training.
• You have a GPA of 2.7 or higher.
