As a Live Chat Agent at Audacy, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat. You will assist customers by answering their questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand. Â *Responsibilities:**
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information through online chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member
