Airbnb Short-Term Rental Consultant
Posted 2025-04-06We are looking for an experienced Airbnb Consultant to help us build a complete and efficient system to manage our short-term rental operations remotely.
The goal of this project is to design all the necessary processes and tools to ensure smooth guest communication, seamless daily operations, and excellent guest experience, while making it easy for future remote Virtual Assistants (VAs) to manage.
This is a one-time project, with the potential to support us during the transition phase.
Main Responsibilities:
Analyse our current operations and identify areas for improvement.
Build a complete FAQ system:
? Gather all frequent guest questions.
? Prepare clear and professional standard replies.
Create a detailed inventory list of each apartmentÂs equipment.
Design tools to help remote VAs reply faster, such as:
? Internal knowledge base.
? Pre-set message templates.
? Guidelines for handling specific situations.
Write detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the remote team.
Suggest and implement system improvements, such as:
? QR codes placed in apartments with instructions for appliances, Wi-Fi, check-out process, etc.
? Automation ideas to streamline guest communication and operations.
Recruit and help train a Virtual Assistant (VA) to take over guest communication and daily management.
Ensure the transition of operations to the new remote VA is smooth and complete.
Profile We Are Looking For:
Proven experience managing Airbnb or short-term rentals at a professional level.
Experience creating operational processes and SOPs.
Strong knowledge of guest communication best practices.
Tech-savvy, with the ability to implement tools and suggest automations.
Experience recruiting and training remote teams is a plus.
Excellent written English (for guest replies and internal documents).
Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
