 Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
 Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
 Engage in calling to nurture relationships with existing clients.
 Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
 Utilize software tools to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
 Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
Qualifications
 Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in a call center environment.
 Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
 Familiarity with technology sales is a plus.
 Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
 Experience with calling techniques is desirable.
 Proficient in using software tools for managing customer interactions.
 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
