The Education Solutions Consultant acquires and services new and existing clients within an assigned territory. This position requires work with school administrators to assess their needs and find ways to partner with them on digital and technology based solutions that will help them better serve their students. The ideal candidate would work to develop expertise on the broad portfolio of products and services offered by A+ Virtual Learning.
 Roles & Responsibilities
 Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at district and school levels.
 Work closely with colleagues on cross-territory opportunities and other internal teams on marketing materials and case studies.
 Understand the competitive landscape and education market trends.
 Understand and effectively communicate the company's philosophy, technology, and processes.
 Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
 Maintain sales volume and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand.
 Responsible for traveling to trade shows both locally and nationally; Responsible for traveling to schools and school districts as required.
Qualifications
 BA/BS degree or equivalent
 Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
 Excellent verbal and written communications skills
 Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
 Demonstrable experience developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
 Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive, specifically in the field of education.
 Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
 Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
 Proven ability to position products against competitors.
