The Oil & Transport Customer Service Representative is a committed, courteous, knowledgeable, and hard-working member of the Oil & Transport team. Customer service, safety, dependability, punctuality are top priorities for these individuals. The Oil & Transport Customer Service Representative serves a critical role in working with our customers to ensure they receive fuel purchases at the best price with the best service.
DUTIES
 Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner with the utmost courtesy and professional demeanor to respond to customer inquiries regarding service, pricing, and delivery schedules
 Work with dispatch team to schedule fuel deliveries to customers per their request
 Process orders for customers according to best price/ delivery available and process new customer applications and other required paperwork.
 Complete Customer bids as requested and respond in a timely manner to ensure Foster Fuels obtains the order.
 Support overall department goals and objectives and perform any other administrative duties as assigned.

KEY CANDIDATE SKILLS
 High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Associate degree or higher preferred.
 At least one year of previous Customer Service Experience in a corporate environment
 Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit for long periods; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work environment will consist of mix of phone calls and computer related tasks to assist with the customer experience. Customer inquiries can fluctuate based on seasonal demands which can also affect office hour requirements. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
