What we are looking for:
IntelePeer is looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative with success in driving and delivering on Account Base Marketing initiatives. This position will create and qualify opportunities for the Sales Team by targeting existing and prospective clients. This individual will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding key activity metrics. This role is at the forefront of growth within IntelePeer and will help shape the future of the Sales Development department.
Responsibilities
 Successfully identify key accounts among existing clients
 Nurture and grow a sales pipeline through phone, email and social media prospecting campaigns
 Partner successfully with Account Managers to help coordinate outreach and manage the buyerÂs journey
 Managing and overcoming objections
 Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIÂs tied to activity metrics
 Manage a client and prospect pipeline in Salesforce
 Execute on weekly and monthly sales campaigns and sales cadences through CRM
 Interact with prospects within the install in order to drive sales qualified leads
 Solicit and develop new accounts and prospects through heavy volume calling
 Research contact details from leads and lists provided
 Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs
 Manage a client and prospect pipeline in a CRM setting.
Requirements
Education
 BachelorÂs degree in business, marketing, or related area.
Expertise & Experience
 2+ years in Sales Development Representative role or related inside sales role, working with SaaS or in a related field
 Phone, email, and social media prospecting experience
 Proven track record of success as an SDR or Sales Representative (inside sales preferred)
 Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
 Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
 Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools
 Has been a quota carrier or delivered on monthly and weekly KPIÂs performance metrics
Competencies:
 Ability to build rapport with clients and cultivate prospects
 Understands SaaS sales and sales of reoccurring revenue models
 Excellent communication skills with an emphasis in active listening, presentation, oral, and abstract reasoning
 Outstanding time management skills
 The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and be adaptable to change
 Strong initiative, self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful
 Team player who is willing to go above and beyond to help others
 Must have common knowledge of standard concepts, practices, procedures, and terminology within the sales field
 Must have strong, professional and courteous communication and sales skills
 Metrics oriented
 Sales driven, ambitious, disciplined and a strong work ethic
 Experience with Salesforce and SalesLoft preferred, but not required
 Phone, email, and social media prospecting experience
 Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
