Responsibilities
 Handle Outbound & Inbound Calls  Engage professionally with potential clients, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries.
 Lead Follow-Up & Organization  Keep lead databases updated, follow up on potential clients, and streamline scheduling.
 Appointment Coordination  Confirm and manage appointments for a seamless client experience.
 Bilingual Communication  Fluent English & Spanish a MUST
 Sales & Persuasion  Confidently address client needs and encourage them to book appointments.
 Record-Keeping & Reporting  Maintain CRM/Data records, document call outcomes, and update lead progress.
Skills
 Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
 Experience in Call Centers or Sales  Background in appointment setting, customer service, or telemarketing. - MUST
 Fluent in English & Spanish  Strong verbal communication in both is a MUST
 Assertive & Persuasive  Ability to confidently guide leads toward booking.
 Strong Communication & Organizational Skills
 Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented  Able to work independently in a remote environment.
Job Details:
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Schedule: Flexible hours/Shifts
Compensation: Competitive base pay + high performance-based incentives
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $14.00 - $22.00 per hour
